Can't log on? Not being notified when you get a private message or a response to one of your posts! Unable to receive the Weekly Update? Contact the NCW Help Desk to resolve all issues you may encounter!!

Do Not Post Your Problem At The Site!

Include your USER NAME. Many people contact the Help Desk without including their USER NAME. The only option is to trace the account with the e-mail address that the message was sent with (Time Consuming).
Unfortunately many people have multiple e-mail accounts and the account used to send the message is not the account registered at NCW. This means we can not find your account.
Be descriptive as to the exact problem you are having. Stating simply, "I can't log in" is vague. Hours can be spent investigating a, "I can't log in" issue just trying to figure out exactly what the problem is.
Clean Out All Cookies & Files. This is one of the leading causes of user problems. Clean out all cookies and be sure to select the box to delete files too! Do this before contacting the Help Desk!!
You Can Change Your Info: You can change things such as your e-mail address without the aid of the Help Desk. Just click on the settings button at the top of the page in the message board.
